Allegations that Disney engaged in antitrust violations by raising prices on live TV streaming subscriptions.

This settlement addresses claims that Disney violated federal antitrust laws by increasing prices for live TV subscriptions. Eligible individuals who purchased YouTube TV or DirecTV Stream subscriptions within specific date ranges may be entitled to a portion of the $50 million settlement fund.

You may be eligible if you:

• Anyone who purchased a YouTube TV subscription between April 1, 2019, and March 31, 2026.
• Anyone who purchased a DirecTV streaming live pay TV subscription (including DirecTV Stream, DirecTV Now, and AT&T TV Now) between April 1, 2019, and March 31, 2026.

• Basic contact information
• Purchases made from April 1, 2019, through March 31, 2026.
• Proof of purchase or supporting documents

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.

• Visit the settlement website and click the link to file a claim.
• Provide your YouTube TV and/or DirecTV Stream account information.
• Submit the claim form under penalty of perjury by the deadline.
