Alleged violations of California's automatic renewal law concerning YouTube TV subscriptions.

This settlement resolves claims that YouTube violated California's automatic renewal law for YouTube TV subscriptions. Eligible class members in California who paid for renewal terms between February 2017 and October 2021 may receive an estimated payment.

You may be eligible if you:

• California residents who paid for at least one YouTube TV renewal term through YouTube billing.
• Enrollment and payment occurred between Feb. 1, 2017, and Oct. 29, 2021.
• Excludes subscriptions through Apple's App Store, those canceled during a free trial, or fully refunded subscriptions.

• Basic contact information
• Enrolled and paid for at least one renewal term of a YouTube TV subscription via YouTube billing between Feb. 1, 2017, and Oct. 29, 2021.
• Proof is usually optional, but keep receipts if available

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.
