This class action settlement addresses claims that WSE Property Management unfairly charged renters for sums they did not owe, including improper retention of security deposits, excessive utility fees, and unauthorized rent increases. Eligible renters can file a claim through the official settlement website.

• Renters who had security deposits unfairly retained for damages since Sept. 17, 2000.
• Renters charged for excessive utility usage or administrative fees since Sept. 17, 2014.
• Renters charged over $200 above previous rent when switching to month-to-month terms.
