Who qualifies
- Residents of Quebec who currently own or previously owned specified Whirlpool, Kenmore, or Maytag front-loading washing machines without steam feature manufactured before 2009.
- Owners of models excluding Sierra platform models starting in 2007.
- Those affected by mould, mildew, or foul odours from these washing machines.
