Wellstar Health System Inc. has agreed to a $4.25 million class action settlement to resolve claims that it shared users' personally identifiable information and protected health information with third parties, including Meta and Google, through tracking pixels, cookies, and other tracking technologies on its website and patient portal. Individuals residing in the United States whose personal information was disclosed between February 19, 2020, and July 22, 2026, may be eligible to file a claim for a pro rata cash payment. The claim deadline is November 10, 2026.
