WellNow Urgent Care has agreed to a $1.64 million settlement to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging violations of wage and hour laws for nonexempt hourly employees in New York, Illinois, and Pennsylvania.

WellNow Urgent Care PC agreed to pay $1.64 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it violated the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage-and-hour laws by not paying correct wages and overtime to its workers. Nonexempt hourly employees who worked at a corporate-owned WellNow Urgent Care location in Illinois, New York or Pennsylvania during specific periods may be eligible to claim a cash payment. The settlement uses a points system to determine each member's share of the settlement fund, based on pay periods worked. The deadline to submit a claim form is November 25, 2026.
