This class action alleges that Standard Innovation Corporation collected and transmitted highly sensitive personal data from users of We-Vibe Bluetooth-enabled vibrators and the We-Connect app without proper disclosure or consent.
Who qualifies
- Consumers in Canada who purchased a Bluetooth-enabled We-Vibe vibrator (Classic, 4 Plus, 4 Plus App Only, Rave, or Nova).
- Consumers who downloaded and used the We-Connect app to control a We-Vibe product.
