  • No prior felony convictions before arrest or prosecution.
  • No domestic violence misdemeanor convictions within five years before arrest or prosecution.
  • Not subject to judicial firearm possession orders at the time of arrest or prosecution.
  • Not convicted of a felony or violent misdemeanor resulting from the arrest.
