Settlement for defective water pumps in select Volkswagen and Audi vehicles, allowing eligible owners and lessees to claim repair reimbursements.

This class action settlement resolves claims that certain Volkswagen and Audi vehicles from model years 2014 to 2021 were equipped with defective water pumps. Eligible owners and lessees may submit claims for repair costs with required documentation.

• Owners or lessees of eligible Volkswagen models from 2014 to 2021 including Areteon, Atlas, Beetle, Golf, Jetta, Passat, Terramont, and Tiguan.
• Owners or lessees of eligible Audi models from 2015 to 2021 including A3, A4, A5, A6, Q3, Q5, Q7, and TT.
• Vehicles that had water pump repairs covered under the settlement.
• Claimants who can provide required repair documentation or a signed declaration if records are unavailable.
