Alleged false or misleading claims about the filtration capabilities of Levoit-branded air purifiers and replacement filters.

VeSync (US) Corp. agreed to pay $15 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it made false or misleading claims about the filtration capabilities of certain Levoit-branded air purifiers and replacement filters, specifically regarding “True HEPA,” “HEPA” and “H13” terminology. Consumers who purchased a Levoit-branded Core or EverestAir air purifier or a replacement filter with “True HEPA,” “HEPA” and/or “H13” language in the United States between Aug. 29, 2019, and Aug. 4, 2023, may be eligible to submit a claim for $10. Consumers who purchased products directly from VeSync’s website or app do not qualify for the settlement. Claims must be filed online by Nov. 3, 2026.

You may be eligible if you:

• Consumers who purchased a Levoit-branded Core or EverestAir air purifier or a replacement filter in the United States.
• The product packaging or advertising included the terms “True HEPA,” “HEPA” and/or “H13."
• The purchase was made between Aug. 29, 2019, and Aug. 4, 2023.
• Consumers who purchased products directly from VeSync’s website or app do not qualify.

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.

• File a claim online using your Apex ID and PIN at https://lapsettlement.com/submit-a-claim.html.
• Submit your claim online or postmark it by Nov. 3, 2026.
• Provide documentation showing the original date of purchase of the qualifying product.
