Alleged disclosure of website users' guest record information and confidential communications to third parties without permission.

Venetian Las Vegas Gaming has agreed to a $1.6 million class action settlement to resolve allegations that it disclosed website users’ guest record information and confidential communications to third parties without permission, in violation of the California Invasion of Privacy Act. California residents who, while in California, accessed or navigated the Venetian Las Vegas website or made a reservation for a Venetian hotel stay through VenetianLasVegas.com between September 18, 2024, and March 16, 2026, are eligible to file a claim. There are two classes: the browsing class (estimated $3.60 per claimant) and the booking class (estimated $71.39 per claimant). The deadline to file a claim is November 24, 2026.

You may be eligible if you:

• California residents who, while in California, accessed or navigated the Venetian Las Vegas website (VenetianLasVegas.com) between September 18, 2024, and March 16, 2026.
• California residents who, while in California, made a reservation for a Venetian hotel stay through VenetianLasVegas.com between September 18, 2024, and March 16, 2026.

• Basic contact information
• September 18, 2024 to March 16, 2026
• Proof of purchase or supporting documents

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.

• If using the online form, supply the unique ID and PIN received in your settlement notice.
• Attest that you are a California resident and that you accessed/navigated the website or made a reservation during the specified period.
