Settlement for alleged overcharges on cost of insurance for USAA Life Universal Life policies.
This settlement resolves claims related to the cost of insurance for certain USAA Life Universal Life policies in force since March 1, 1999. Eligible policyholders and their estates may receive a payment without needing to submit a claim form.
Who qualifies
- Current or former owners of USAA Life Universal Life 1, 2, 3, or 4 policies in force on or after March 1, 1999.
- Estates of deceased individuals who would have qualified as class members.
- Subject to certain exclusions detailed on the settlement website.
