This settlement resolves claims related to the cost of insurance for certain USAA Life Universal Life policies in force since March 1, 1999. Eligible policyholders and their estates may receive a payment without needing to submit a claim form.
Who qualifies
- Current or former owners of USAA Life Universal Life 1, 2, 3, or 4 policies in force on or after March 1, 1999.
- Estates of deceased individuals who would have qualified as class members.
