United of Omaha Life Insurance Co. has agreed to a class action settlement to address claims of a data breach that occurred between April 21 and April 23, 2024, potentially compromising sensitive employee information. Eligible individuals can claim up to $1,500 for out-of-pocket expenses, including lost time, or a $50 alternative payout, along with two years of credit monitoring and identity theft insurance.
