Twin Cities Pain Clinic agreed to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it failed to adequately protect sensitive personal information, which may have included names, dates of birth, contact details, Social Security numbers, health insurance information and medical records, following a data incident in July 2025. Eligible class members can claim up to $4,500 for documented out-of-pocket losses due to identity theft or fraud, up to $450 for ordinary losses like credit monitoring fees, or a $55 flat cash payment. All class members are also eligible for two years of credit monitoring from CyEx Financial Shield Complete, which includes $1 million in financial fraud insurance. The total cash payments to all class members are capped at $385,000. Claims must be filed by November 9, 2026.
