This class action addressed a dangerous defect causing sudden unintended acceleration in certain Toyota and Lexus vehicles equipped with the Electronic Throttle Control System with Intelligence (ETCS-i). The settlement was approved by the Quebec Superior Court and the claim period is now closed.
