The settlement resolves claims that certain Toyota vehicle frames corroded prematurely, posing safety risks and incurring costly repairs.

This class action settlement addresses defective frames prone to rust corrosion on certain Toyota Tacoma, Tundra, and Sequoia models sold or leased in Canada. Eligible owners and lessees could receive free frame inspections, replacements if rust perforation standards are met, and reimbursement for prior eligible repairs. The claim period is closed as of October 22, 2018.

• Owners or lessees of Toyota Tacoma (2005-2010), Tundra (2007-2008), or Sequoia (2005-2008) vehicles in Canada.
• Vehicles purchased or leased in Canada within the specified model years.
• Those who had frame replacements due to rust perforation before June 8, 2018 and were not reimbursed.
