Settlement for owners and lessees of certain Toyota Prius vehicles with defective inverters that caused premature failure and safety recalls.

This settlement resolves claims that certain Toyota Prius vehicles from model years 2010-2015 and Prius V vehicles from 2012-2017 had defective inverters that failed prematurely, leading to safety recalls and repair costs. Eligible owners or lessees could file claims for reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses related to repairs, towing, or rental cars.

• Owners or lessees of 2010-2015 Toyota Prius or 2012-2017 Prius V vehicles as of May 19, 2022.
• Vehicles subject to safety recalls E0E, F0R, J0V, and/or 20TA10.
• Those who incurred out-of-pocket expenses for repairs, towing, or rental cars related to inverter issues.
