Refunds for GAP fees paid on auto loans that were paid off early without receiving the required refund.

This settlement resolves claims that Toyota Motor Credit Corp. failed to provide GAP fee refunds to consumers who paid off their finance agreements early and did not receive refunds as required by law in certain states.

• Consumers with finance agreements including GAP protection assigned to Toyota Motor Credit Corp.
• Paid off finance agreement 30 or more days before maturity during the statutory or non-statutory periods.
• Did not receive a GAP refund and did not suffer a total loss of the vehicle during the finance term.
• Residents of Alabama, Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Vermont, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
