The Money Source

Allegations of TCPA violations related to unsolicited robocalls made by The Money Source.

This settlement resolves claims that The Money Source violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by using artificial or prerecorded voices for robocalls after recipients requested they stop. Eligible consumers who received such calls between February 6, 2019, and May 7, 2025, may be entitled to a settlement award.

You may be eligible if you:

• Consumers who received calls from The Money Source between Feb. 6, 2019, and May 7, 2025.
• Calls were directed to a cell phone number and used an artificial or prerecorded voice.
• The caller had previously requested The Money Source stop calling them.

• Basic contact information
• Calls received between Feb. 6, 2019, and May 7, 2025.
• Proof is usually optional, but keep receipts if available

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.
