This settlement resolves claims that Tesla charged unlawful "idle fees" to customers who purchased vehicles that included free lifetime Supercharging. Eligible California residents who owned such vehicles may claim between $10 and $350.
Who qualifies
- California residents who purchased a Tesla vehicle with free lifetime Supercharging before Dec. 16, 2016.
