Allegations that Teleflora violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Virginia Telephone Privacy Protection Act by sending telemarketing text messages without consent to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry.
Teleflora LLC has agreed to a $6 million settlement to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging violations of federal law by sending telemarketing text messages to individuals whose numbers were listed on the National Do Not Call Registry. Individuals who received more than one promotional text message from Teleflora within a 12-month period since May 9, 2021, and were on the National Do Not Call Registry for at least 30 days before receiving the messages, may be eligible to claim up to $251.
