Settlement for Suunto dive computers with faulty depth pressure sensors that may cause inaccurate readings and pose safety risks to divers.

This class action settlement addresses defective depth pressure sensors in certain Suunto dive computers sold in Canada since 2006. Eligible class members can have their dive computer inspected and repaired or replaced if a defect is found, and may also claim reimbursement for certain costs. The claim deadline was February 28, 2023.

Who qualifies

  • Residents of Canada who purchased a new Suunto dive computer manufactured since January 1, 2006.
  • Owners of listed Suunto models including Cobra, Vyper, HelO2, Gekko, Zoop, Mosquito, D4, D6, D9, and others.
  • Those who did not purchase the dive computer for resale or used units.
  • Class members who submit a claim form by the deadline.
