Sugared + Bronzed LLC has agreed to a $750,000 class action settlement to resolve allegations that the company sent telemarketing text messages to consumers' mobile phones after they requested to opt out. The lawsuit claims this conduct violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and related state laws. Eligible class members who received two or more telemarketing text messages from Sugared + Bronzed via the Klaviyo platform within a 12-month period after requesting to stop may be eligible to claim an estimated $110-$222. The claim deadline is October 2, 2026.
