Alleged underpayment for diminished vehicle value under State Farm's UMPD coverage for Washington policyholders.

This settlement resolves claims that State Farm failed to adequately compensate Washington policyholders for the diminished value of their vehicles under UMPD coverage. Eligible Washington insureds may receive an estimated $625 payment.

You may be eligible if you:

• Washington State Farm policyholders who received UMPD payment for vehicle damage.
• Accidents occurred between Jan. 13, 2019, and Feb. 27, 2026.
• Vehicle repair estimates totaled at least $1,000.
• Vehicle was no more than six years old and had fewer than 90,000 miles at the time of the accident, and suffered structural damage.
