This settlement resolves claims that Sole Fitness exaggerated the horsepower and performance of certain treadmill models sold across the U.S. Eligible purchasers may receive a cash payment and a $100 gift card.

Who qualifies

  • Purchasers of specified Sole treadmill models between Aug. 30, 2015 and Feb. 21, 2022 in Ohio or Minnesota.
  • Purchasers of specified Sole treadmill models between Dec. 2, 2017 and Feb. 21, 2022 in other U.S. states.
  • Models include Sole F63, F65, S77, F80, F85, TT8, F60, S73, F83, and TT9.
