Who qualifies

  • Individuals nationwide except California with valid, unexpired DACA or CPR status denied at least one SoFi loan between May 19, 2017 and Dec. 15, 2022.
  • California residents with valid, unexpired DACA or CPR status denied at least one SoFi loan in the same period.
