Sizzling Platter LLC has agreed to a $937,650 class action settlement to resolve claims that it violated Washington state law by failing to include required pay transparency information, such as wage scales, salary ranges, or general descriptions of benefits and other compensation, in its job postings. Individuals who applied for a crew member or lead position in Washington state between January 1, 2023, and July 26, 2025, and whose job postings did not disclose wage scale, salary range, or benefits information, may be eligible to submit a claim. Eligible class members who submit a valid claim will receive an equal share of the net settlement fund, with estimated payments ranging from $613.71 to $5,000 per person, depending on the number of claims filed. The deadline to file a claim is November 17, 2026.

You may be eligible if you:

• Individuals who applied for a crew member or lead job opening with Sizzling Platter in Washington state between January 1, 2023, and July 26, 2025.
• The job posting for which they applied did not disclose the wage scale or salary range, or a general description of benefits and other compensation.

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.

• Submit an online claim form using your login ID and PIN from the settlement notice.
• Alternatively, complete the claim form received with your settlement notice and mail it to the settlement administrator.
