Michael and Francis Sharrak, and Jay Nelson, owners of Cleveland Ave. Restaurant Inc. (operating Sirens Gentlemen’s Club), were ordered into federal custody and will remain jailed until they pay approximately $240,000 in overdue settlement obligations from a class-action lawsuit brought by dancers alleging unpaid wages and unlawful entertainer contracts. They also owed roughly $13,000 in accrued interest and over $51,000 in plaintiffs' attorney fees and costs. The defendants had been found in civil contempt for failing to comply with previous court orders to make monthly payments.
