Scribd Inc. agreed to a $3 million class action settlement to resolve allegations that it violated Washington state law by failing to include wage scales, salary ranges, or a general description of benefits and other compensation in job postings. Individuals who applied for a job with Scribd Inc. in Washington state between Jan. 1, 2023, and Aug. 14, 2026, may be eligible to receive an estimated cash payment of $219.27. Class members do not need to submit a claim form but can update their payment selection and address online. The deadline for address updates and payment selections is Oct. 12, 2026.
