This settlement resolves claims that Schnucks charged sales tax on the full pre-discount price of items to Schnucks Rewards members in Missouri. Eligible members who redeemed rewards points on purchases of tax-eligible items between May 2, 2020, and Aug. 7, 2026, may receive a $7 payment.

You may be eligible if you:

• Schnucks Rewards members who redeemed rewards points on purchases of tax-eligible items.
• Purchases made at a Schnucks store in Missouri.
• Purchases made between May 2, 2020, and Aug. 7, 2026.

• Basic contact information
• May 2, 2020 to Aug. 7, 2026
• Proof of purchase or supporting documents

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.
