This class action settlement addresses claims that certain Sanyo solar panels used in residential installations can delaminate, causing damage or defects. Eligible consumers who purchased or own properties with these panels may file claims for remedies by providing proof of ownership and evidence of damage.

You may be eligible if you:

• Consumers who purchased and installed Sanyo solar panels model series HIP-xxxBA2, BA3, or BA5 for residential use.
• Consumers who purchased a residential property with these Sanyo solar panels installed.
