This settlement resolves a class action alleging Saint-Gobain misled consumers about the “best if used by” dates on certain Norton bonded abrasive wheels. Eligible purchasers may receive a payment of $50, with potential for higher amounts if proof of purchase is provided.

• Consumers who purchased covered Saint-Gobain organic bonded abrasive wheels between June 6, 2017 and February 1, 2024.
• Purchases must be of products listed on the official covered products list.
