Who qualifies
- California residents who purchased a vehicle under a conditional sales contract assigned to Safe 1 Credit Union.
- Vehicle was repossessed or voluntarily surrendered to Safe 1 Credit Union.
- Issued a notice of intent by Safe 1 Credit Union between June 25, 2016 and June 25, 2020.
- Had a deficiency balance on their account after vehicle disposition.
