Settlement for unsolicited and wrong-number calls made by Rash Curtis under the TCPA.

This settlement resolves claims that Rash Curtis violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by making unsolicited calls to consumers, including wrong number calls, between 2012 and 2019. Eligible class members could submit claims for varying settlement amounts.

• Consumers who received unsolicited calls from Rash Curtis between June 17, 2012 and April 2, 2019.
• Includes subclasses based on phone type (cellphone or landline) and whether the number was obtained via skip tracing.
• Consumers who never had a debt collection account with Rash Curtis under their name may also qualify.
