Raging Waters is facing a class action settlement over allegations of undisclosed processing fees added during online ticket purchases.
Allegations that Festival Fun Parks LLC used drip pricing and failed to adequately disclose mandatory processing fees for online Raging Waters ticket purchases.
Festival Fun Parks LLC, now owned by Herschend Family Entertainment, has agreed to a $850,000 class action settlement to resolve claims that it used drip pricing and did not adequately disclose a mandatory processing fee added near the end of the online checkout process for admission tickets purchased from www.ragingwaters.com between June 1, 2020, and June 22, 2026. Eligible class members are individuals residing in the United States who paid a processing fee. All eligible claimants will receive a pro rata share of the net settlement fund based on the processing fees they paid. The claim deadline is November 24, 2026.
