Yellow Social Interactive has agreed to pay an estimated $14,000,000 to settle a class action lawsuit alleging violations of state gambling laws related to its sale of virtual chips in the social casino-style games Pulsz and Pulszbingo. Class members are individuals who spent money to play Pulsz or Pulszbingo while physically present in Alabama, Ohio, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Tennessee, or Kentucky during specified time frames. Class members can choose to receive compensation as virtual currency (27% of eligible spending) or a cash payment (23% of eligible spending). To receive a cash payment, class members must submit an election form by November 30, 2026.
