Settlement for New Mexico residents with Progressive or related underinsured motorist coverage claims affected between 2004 and 2022.

This settlement resolves allegations that Progressive undervalued claims and overcharged New Mexico policyholders for underinsured motorist coverage. Eligible policyholders and claimants may receive compensation based on their specific circumstances.

• Progressive policyholders residing in New Mexico with uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage from Jan. 1, 2004 to March 22, 2022.
• Non-Progressive policyholders in New Mexico who had underinsured motorist claims reduced or denied due to certain offsets during the same period.
