Allegations of a conspiracy to inflate the prices of pork products.

This settlement resolves claims that pork producers conspired to raise the price of pork products. Consumers who purchased raw pork products within a specific timeframe and in eligible states may be able to claim a portion of the $117 million settlement fund.

You may be eligible if you:

• Consumers who purchased raw pork bacon or other raw pork products (fresh or frozen) from defendants or co-conspirators.
• Purchases must have been made between June 28, 2014, and June 30, 2018.
• Must reside in one of the specified states: Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska,...

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.

• Complete and submit the claim form accurately, under penalty of perjury, by the October 29, 2026 deadline.
