Playstudios US LLC agreed to pay $3,000,000 to settle a class action lawsuit alleging the company violated state gambling laws by selling virtual chips in its social casino-themed games. Eligible class members must have spent money to play myVEGAS Facebook, myVEGAS Mobile, www.myvegas.com, Pop! Slots, myKONAMI Slots, MGM Slots Live, myVEGAS Blackjack or myVEGAS Bingo while physically located in Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, New Jersey or Massachusetts during specific timeframes. Class members can choose between a virtual currency award (27% of total spending) or a cash award (up to 23% of total spending). To receive a cash payment, class members must submit an online election form or mail a PDF election form by October 21, 2026. Proof of eligibility, including player IDs and account information, is required for cash payments.
