Who qualifies

  • Anyone who received or sent a pre-recorded voicemail on their cellphone from or on behalf of Penn Credit between April 30, 2015 and May 6, 2021 without consent.
  • Skip Trace Subclass members whose numbers were obtained via skip tracing during the same period.
