Peco Foods Inc. has agreed to a $950,000 class action settlement to resolve claims that an unauthorized third party accessed the personal identifiable information of approximately 46,442 individuals following a data breach in December 2023. Individuals residing in the United States who received written notice from Peco Foods about the breach may be eligible to claim benefits, including ordinary out-of-pocket losses (up to $1,000), extraordinary losses and attested time (up to $5,000), three years of credit monitoring services, and a residual cash payment (up to $550).
