Individuals who received notice of the OneTouchPoint data breach may be eligible to claim up to $5,600 plus credit monitoring from a class action settlement.

OneTouchPoint Corp. agreed to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it failed to adequately protect the private information of current and former patients, clients and employees following a data breach in April 2022. Monetary class members whose private information was impacted by the breach may be eligible to claim up to $500 for ordinary losses, up to $5,000 for documented extraordinary losses, up to $100 for time spent responding to the breach, or an alternative $75 cash payment. All class members can elect to receive two years of one-bureau credit monitoring with at least $1 million in fraud protection.
