Olinsky & Associates PLLC has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit alleging the firm failed to adequately protect sensitive personal and health information during a cyberattack in January 2025. Eligible class members, identified as those who received notice of the breach, can receive a $40 cash payment and three years of credit monitoring. To receive an electronic cash payment, class members must submit a payment election form by December 2, 2026. Credit monitoring can be activated by submitting a request online.
