This settlement resolves claims that Novartis and Par engaged in a price-fixing scheme for the blood pressure medication Exforge and its generic versions. Eligible purchasers in specified states during the covered period may file claims for compensation.

• Anyone who purchased brand or generic Exforge between Sept. 21, 2012 and June 30, 2018.
