Who qualifies
- Anyone in the US who purchased an autorenewing Noom Healthy Weight subscription between May 12, 2016 and Oct. 6, 2020.
- Class members who did not receive a full refund or chargeback on their subscription payments.
- Subclass A includes members with limited or no use post-trial, partial refunds, or California residents at signup.
- Subclass B includes all other class members not in Subclass A.
