MyMichigan Health has agreed to a $1.9 million class action settlement to resolve allegations that it improperly managed its 403(b) savings plan's stable value investment option, violating ERISA. Participants and beneficiaries who used the GoalMaker investment tool or directed funds to the Guaranteed Income Fund between March 18, 2019, and June 12, 2026, may be eligible for a pro rata cash payment. Current participants will receive direct deposits, while former participants will receive checks or can opt for a rollover by Nov. 18, 2026.

Who qualifies

  • Participants in, beneficiaries of, and alternate payees of the MyMichigan Health 403(b) savings plan.
  • Individuals who used the GoalMaker investment tool or directed any part of their account to the Guaranteed Income Fund between March 18, 2019, and June 12, 2026.
