Murfreesboro Medical Clinic has reached a class action settlement to resolve claims related to a data breach discovered in April 2023. Patients whose information may have been compromised and who received notice of the breach are eligible to file a claim for up to $500, provided they submit reasonable documentation of incurred expenses.
