The Mental Health Association Inc. has agreed to a class action settlement resolving a lawsuit that alleged a cyberattack in November 2024 exposed sensitive personal information, including names, addresses, Social Security numbers, and medical details. Class members may claim reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket losses up to $5,000, up to $75 for lost time spent addressing issues caused by the breach, or a one-time $40 payment. All class members are eligible for three years of CyEx Identity Defense Complete credit monitoring. If the total value of cash claims exceeds $300,000, payments will be reduced proportionally.
