This settlement reimburses tenants and prospective tenants in Massachusetts who paid rental application or lock-and-key fees to Lincoln Property Co. or Lincoln Property Apartment Management LP at specified communities between 2010 and 2019.
Who qualifies
- Individuals who paid rental application or lock-and-key fees to Lincoln Property Co. or Lincoln Property Apartment Management LP.
- Tenants or prospective tenants of Jefferson at Salem Station and other communities listed in Exhibit A.
- Fees paid between July 8, 2010 and November 22, 2019.
- Residents of Massachusetts.
