This settlement resolves claims that Legacy Health improperly shared patient data with Meta and Google. Eligible patients who registered or logged into the Legacy Health patient portal during specified periods may claim a $15 cash payment.
Who qualifies
- Patients who registered for a Legacy Health patient portal account between Feb. 18, 2019 and Dec. 31, 2020.
- Patients who logged into the patient portal between Jan. 1, 2021 and Feb. 9, 2024 but did not register during the earlier period.
